01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the kv99 platform, including the website, mobile app, and related services. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and kv99.

Kv99 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to your registered email and published on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

• Although these Terms & Conditions are published in Bangla, they are drafted in accordance with international legal standards.
• If any term is unclear, please contact the Help Center.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with kv99, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in your registration being void.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Identity verification may be required.
• One account: Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed.
• Accurate Information: The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• Password: You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Your account must not be shared with or transferred to others.
• Contact Information: If your email address or mobile number changes, please update your account promptly.

03 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on kv99. Violations may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

• Once placed, bets cannot be cancelled or changed (except where the cash out option is available).
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, kv99 reserves the right to void it.
• Placing bets in Live Betting by exploiting delayed scores or information is strictly prohibited.
• Betting based on match fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage betting) is a punishable offense.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum limits may vary depending on the event and market.

04 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Kv99 supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The payment rules below apply to all users.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Deposits and withdrawals should ideally be made using the same payment method and account number.
• Payments from third-party numbers or accounts will not be accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Outside banking hours, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Payments may be held for verification if any suspicious transactions are detected.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

05 Bonus & Rewards Program Terms

Kv99 offers a range of bonuses and rewards. Each bonus has its own terms that you should read carefully before accepting.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Applies once per user.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — rollover requirements must be met first.
• Rollover Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated on each offer's page).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless stated otherwise.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is established, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Kv99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06 Account Closure & Restrictions

Kv99 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Evidence of being underage.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance, excluding active bets, will be returned.

07 Responsible Gaming

Kv99 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want our members to treat betting as entertainment — never as an addiction.

• Deposit limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Bet Limits: You can also set a cap on the maximum amount you are allowed to bet.
• Cooling-Off: Your account can be temporarily deactivated for a period of 1 day to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent self-exclusion option is available.

Kv99's logos, designs, software, content, and trademarks are the sole property of kv99. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

• Automated scraping of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Content on kv99 may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• No product or service may be created using the kv99 name or logo.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact customer support first. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

• Disputes regarding betting results must be raised within 72 hours.
• Payment-related complaints must be raised within 14 days.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the matter will be referred to mediation.

11 Terms Update Policy

Kv99 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email and a notice on the website.

In urgent situations — such as legal changes or security risks — updates may take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
